Order process
Which payment methods are available?
We are happy to offer you the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
- credit card
- Apple Pay
Payment methods may vary by country. The payment methods available for your country will be displayed during the ordering process.
Where can I redeem the voucher codes?
During the ordering process you can redeem your voucher code in the “ Gift card or discount code ” field.
If there is a difference, it will remain stored under your voucher code and can be redeemed on your next order.
My order
I received an incorrect item
We are sorry that you received an item you did not order!
Please first check your order confirmation to see which item you ordered. If you have not received the item listed in the order confirmation, please contact us at service@moao.shop . We will of course help you accordingly.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can of course exchange it by returning the incorrect order and reordering the correct items. You can read the return process in the " Returns " section.
How can an order be changed subsequently?
Once your shipment has been processed and shipped, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to send an email with your change request to service@moao.shop and we will try to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible for technical reasons. However, you are welcome to refuse to accept the order. This will automatically be sent back to us and we will refund you the amount you paid as soon as possible.

Where is my order?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the shipping information. Depending on which shipping method you selected during the order process, your delivery will either be delivered directly to your home address or to the nearest parcel shop. Please note that the courier may decide to take the package to a nearby parcel shop.
Our email to you contains all the relevant information about your package that you need to track it. Please check the spam folder in your email inbox if you have not received an email from us within 24 hours.
Track your package
To track your shipment, you need the tracking number. You will find this in the shipping confirmation.

How much are the shipping costs?

How much does express shipping cost?
Our express shipping involves express processing. If you order by 12:00 p.m. on a working day and select paid express shipping, the order will be processed and shipped on the same working day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping time from the shipping service provider.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process the order as quickly as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This can be used to track the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We will send this to the email address used for the order. The order can be tracked using the tracking number.
Returns
How can I return an item?
You can return items in their original condition that do not fit or that you do not like within 30 days:

Please include your name and order number in your package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly.
How much does a return cost?
Austria & Germany:
The return of your order costs €5.60 from Austria and €8.60 from Germany. This will be deducted from the refund for the returned items.
Other countries:
You must organize the return. Depending on the shipping service provider you choose, shipping costs may vary. We recommend returning the item using insured shipping.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We will be happy to do our best to process your return as soon as possible. Please note that processing time may take longer depending on the situation. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
Please send us an email with your request, your order number and, if possible, a photo of the items in question to service@moao.shop .
Ordered the wrong item, how can I exchange it?
Please send us a photo of the phone case next to your phone (the camera cutout must be visible) as well as a screenshot of your phone's model name to service@moao.shop . The model name can be found in the phone settings under “Info”.
My item has a defect after use, what can I do?
Please send us a photo of the defect and the entire product including your order number to service@moao.shop .
