Payment methods may vary by country. The payment methods available for your country will be displayed during the ordering process.

During the ordering process you can redeem your voucher code in the “ Gift card or discount code ” field.

If there is a difference, it will remain saved under your voucher code and can be redeemed with the next order.

We're sorry you received an item you didn't order!

Please first check in your order confirmation which item you ordered. If you have not received the item listed in the order confirmation, please contact us at service@moao.shop . Of course we will help you accordingly.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can of course exchange it by returning the incorrect order and reordering the correct items. You can read about the return process in the “ Returns ” section.

Once your shipment has been processed and shipped, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to send an email with your change request to service@moao.shop and we will try to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible for technical reasons. However, you are welcome to refuse to accept the order. This will automatically be sent back to us and we will refund you the amount you paid as soon as possible.

As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the shipping information. Depending on which shipping method you selected during the ordering process, your delivery will either be delivered directly to your home address or to the nearest parcel shop. Please note that the delivery person may choose to take the package to a nearby parcel shop.

Our email to you contains all the relevant information about your package that you need for tracking. Please check the spam folder in your email inbox if you have not received an email from us within 24 hours.

You need the tracking number to track the shipment. You can find this in the shipping confirmation.

Shipment

You can see how high the shipping costs are and what delivery times we have in the shipping & payment section.

Our express shipping involves express processing. If you order by 12:00 p.m. on a working day and select paid express shipping, the order will be processed and shipped on the same working day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping time from the shipping service provider.

We strive to process the order as quickly as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This can be used to track the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We will send this to the email address used for the order. The order can be tracked using the tracking number.

Returns

You can return items in their original condition that do not fit or you do not like within 30 days:

Please include your name and order number in your package - this way we can process your return more quickly.

Austria & Germany:
Returning your order costs €3.90. These will be deducted from you when you refund the returned items.

Other countries:
The return must be organized by you. Depending on the shipping service provider you choose, shipping costs may vary. We recommend returning via insured shipping.

We will be happy to do our best to process your return as soon as possible. Please note that processing time may take longer depending on the situation. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Please send us a photo of the phone case next to your phone (the camera cutout must be visible) as well as a screenshot of your phone's model name to service@moao.shop . The model name can be found in the phone settings under “Info”.

Please send us a photo of the defect and the entire product including your order number to service@moao.shop .
